20 mins of smoke was perfect, any more would have not been good. The corn and flour tortillas really took the smoke.

Mike it is quite simple "If you can Eat It, You can Smoke It!!"
Bacon is the Crack Cocaine of the Food World.

Be careful about calling yourself and EXPERT! An ex is a has-been, and a spurt is a drip under pressure!

How did you make these? Was the meat already cooked when you put these in for smoking?

Yes i cooked the meat and added the refried bean into the meat.

Sorry for getting this thread restarted but I was wondering - When you smoked these, was the heat on and also cooking?

I would cook the meat, put it in the tacos with cheese, then fire up the smoker for 20 mins and expect the heat to be melting the cheese. Unless you did not turn heat on at all?
