Buffalo Burgers

Ground buffalo formed into patties, seasoned with salt and pepper, Smoker coming up to temp of 190.

Smoked for 1 1/2 hours with mesquite.

Then onto the grill to finish

Double decker, with melted firejack, crisped up bacon jerky and special sauce

Man that looks sooooooo good. I have not had a good burger in years. Now if I hop in the car I can be there in say 30 hours ::). A little over 3,000 kilometers. I wonder if the wife would notice I was gone? ;) I wish I could eat beef, buffalo, pork :'( I love the stuff but the pain for the next week just isn't worth it. Thanks for letting me live vicariously through all of you.

Wow those burgers look so good I almost eat the monitor.

I haven't had Buffalo for a long time.

Theres a guy on the other side of the county that raises Buffalo going to give him a call next week, spent our budget this week already.

Oh Ya That double stacker is what I call a burger.

We can buy ground buffalo in the store up here but its like $5.99lb
