Saturday MooOinks, Chex And Chili

Have allot on the smoke today.

Smoked chex mix. Just smoke with the generator heat only. Vent open no water. 40 Mins of smoke.

Cooling chex

A load of MooOink balls

Getting alder at 250* for 1 hour

Smoking some chili in the Traeger. Alder smoke stirring every hour. On for 3 hours.

Almost forgot the pulled pork too ;D
