What would be a good way to smoke some hot dogs in the Bradley? Best method? Can they be fully cooked in the Bradley or would it be better to cold smoke then grill?

Pre heat your smoker to 225* with generator too use 2 pucks of your choice. Place dogs on racks then apply smoke. Turn the dogs in 45 mins.

Then place dog in toasted bun with sauerkraut and hot mustard.

Up In Smoke

Most dogs are precooked, so a good cold smoke and then hit the grill with them works really well.
Nathans..............that's all i can say :P

Some people are like Slinkies... They're really good for nothing.
...But they still bring a smile to your face when you push them down the stairs.

I am partial to Miller's Dogs myself. I cold smoke with some angled slices across the top to let the smoke in. With a fully cooked product you have to try differant stuff to get the flavor you want. A stronger wood like "messeywood" or Oak will produce more flavor than others.
