I wish Carolyn....usually just the wife and I along with the dogs.  Now and again the kids will drop by for dinner.  Wind up sending it to the wife's work or mine or the neighbors or the college kids that use our roping arena (those kids can eat!)  I just get carried away on the weekend cooking, but at least nothing goes to waste!

Finally got done...this is why we run BS...took forever on the offset with the ribs, and babysiting it!  ABT's and chicken done, threw some shrimp and scallops in!
