Hi all,
I just received my Bradley Smoker from Cabela's tonight and finished seasoning it.

This is my second smoker, a replacement for an old electric water bullet that finally died.  I learned a lot on that old bullet but it doesn't compare  to the Bradley.  I'm hoping to have many years of happy BBQing ahead.

Did ribs and pork butt last night.  17-18lbs total.  Almost 13lbs of boneless butt and a 5lbs slab of ribs.  Had a little trouble with heat management, but that's part of the learning process.  Everything is in the fridge now, but will get reheated for dinner.  The butt got the FTC treatment for nearly 4 hours before heading to the fridge.

Welcome Aboard...sounds like you are well on your way.  Any pics?

Gregory

No pics unfortunately.  I got home late, slapped all the pork in the oven to reheat, pulled the butt, then had dinner and relaxed before bed.
I took some more to work for lunch Friday, but I still have a gallon zipper bag full of pork and about 1/4th of the ribs left.  My wife said the ribs could have used a little more smoke but the pulled pork was perfect.  Both were super tender and moist.
