SMOKE GENERATOR OFF/ON

SINCE THE SMOKE TOWER IS PLUGGED INTO THE SMOKE GENERATOR , DOES THE SMOKE GENERATOR NEED TO BE ON TO KEEP POWER TO THE TOWER?

No, they operate independently. That's why your Bradley smoker can be a cold smoking unit, a hot smoking unit, or just an auxilliray oven. Pretty cool, huh?

Ya think if next time I check into a hotel & they ask "Smoking or Non", they would mind?
