Just got a call from the Wife. She is taking the kids to see her sister for the weekend, since I have to work all weekend she wanted me to have something to eat while she was gone. She picked up the fixens for Texas Caviar and She went to the meat counter and got a cryo-pac 3 pack of Spare Ribs. I knew there was a reason I married her!!! She does take good care of me!! ;D ;D ;D Pics to follow.

OK 10.5, you convinced me I have to make that Texas Caviar because it sure looks good. And you are a lucky man to have such a wife! By the way, the ribs sound good to.  ;D

So your a bachelor for a weekend, have three racks of ribs, the texas cavier, and I would imagine a barley pop around somewhere.  Wow, whats that like?  I bet you could hear a pin drop  ;D ;D

It was the Camera I swear!!!! See it did it again when I pulled them out and tried to get a close up of dinner!

That's OK better focused now and the belly is full of both Food and Spirit!! :D :D Would have posted earlier but the combination of Food and Spirit said I was gonna take a little nap. This batch of ribs didn't pull back from the bone like I would have liked but NO problem it was still fall off the bone tender and juicy. Good dinners for the weekend!!

KyNola,
Really liked Jan's Rub. I can say I will have a bottle of this in the fridge with the other two I keep on hand at all times. Once I get Momma to give it a try, I can see her using it more than me. Thanks for Sharing it!
