Ribs, Ribs, Ribs, with pics.

 :D   Decided to do some ribs today. One rack has simple rub of brown sugar, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, chilli powder, black pepper. The other rack has yellow mustard, salt, pepper, cumin, paprika, brown sugar and garlic powder. I know its just ribs, but i thought everyone would enjoy some pics.  ;D

Here is one set b4 going in.


Here is the second set.


Both in Mesquite Smoke for 4 hours. Rotated racks after 2 hours.


Smoker in action. Holding at 218*. Yeah, it goes up and down the whole time.


4 hours later.



will post pics later after boating in apple juice for a couple of hours and then back in with a little bbq sauce.  Juuuuuuust a little. Dont want to hide the smoke taste.

Ribs look great Mike. Don't ever have to say "its just ribs" I could look at rib pics all day long!

Definitely the the first batch with the brown sugar. Had a sweet smokey taste to them. My kids loved them.
