Andouille Sausage

This is the last of my Andouille i made back in March. Its going into some homemade potato, cheese soup. Guess its time to make more Andouilli ;D

Yeah i made some cajun red beans N rice with the Andouilli, it was good

Potato soup and addouille sounds tasty just wish i could eat potato soup
Something about white soup like that and Wisconsin cheese and stuff like that makes life painfull

That soup looks great, I hope there is Onion involved there! I have several Soups with smoked meats and sausages and all have a healthy dose of Onion!
