pulled pork salad

Wasn't real sure where to post this, so here it is. ;D

Didn't know what to make for dinner tonight, opened the fridge and had veggies and some pork, I thought..... I've had steak salads, grilled chicken salads, buffalo chicken salads, wonder what a pulled pork salad would be like? So I threw one together to find out, it was really good!

Made a basic tossed salad, and heated up the pork slightly, just so it was not cold, put it on top with some shreaded cheese, then needed some kind of dressing. Made a very basic vinegarette then added some finely diced chipotles in adoboe and used that for the dressing.

That's one I'm gonna try! Got lots of pulled pork in the freezer. One thing I love that my wife just hates is pulled pork mixed with Kimshee.

It looks dam good and I love a meaty salad have to pass on the cucumbers though if I eat one slice I will be burping all day
