Since this wasn't a normal ICB should the ingredients be added back into the  mix or removed from being drawn again? Your thoughts?

I think they could be added back.
If they came up again, even in the same combo, I think it would make it an even more difficult ICB because inventive things have already been done with these ingredients in this ICB.
