All this posting of fatty's makes me want to make em again ;D This time with a twist ;D

My homemade dry with cure. Add this to 1/3 cup cold distilled H2O.

2 Lbs of 85/15 GM

Patted thin for the inner suprise ;D

The inner suprise is a smoked sausage link ;D

How bout a bacon weave?

Ok here ya go

Ok now how bout a spicy topping of goodness ;D The fattys from the bacon wrapped to the right have sausage in them, the left is plain.

Into my smoker with Oak for 1 hr 40 mins @ 190* then bumped to 225* until done.

Came home yesterday and my daughter was eating some of the last deer loin fattie I posted a wile back. I like to cut the left overs in slabs vacuum seal and freeze for later, she likes it to, a quick snack after school.
