Hi everyone,

just got a BDS 4 and tried some bacon wrapped chicken breasts tonight. So flavorful, and SO tender! Looking forward to trying some of the recipes on here, looking for some information on cooking times/methods. I have High Mountain jerky cure kits that I will be using. Any suggestions?!

Welcome aboard smokey.  No pics of your first smoke???

Try some pulled pork, I just had one get finished a few hours ago and we all ate it for dinner.  I have used the high mountain and other brands in the past and have now completely gone with recipes from this forum, and modifications to the recipes on this forum.  Maybe if your lucky Nepas will post a good starter jerky recipe on here for you.

if you got to the link you posted for your picture you just need to go to the lower left side where it says "share this image". Click on the "IMG code" and you will see it was copied to your clip board. Now come back to the forum and post it into your message like this....



Here is what the code looks like although I changed the first and last bracket to a curved bracket instead of the square bracket so you could see it.
