Teriyaki/Chipotle Sticks

Found 3 lbs of 80/20 in the freezer last night. So i made up a mix of teriyaki/chipotle marinade for some sticks tomorrow. Going into 19mm collagen with hickory.

I am contemplating buying all necessary equipment for making the sausage. I just dont know how to convince my wife to let me. Any ideas??? ??? ???

Yeah for sure it does.

I wrap them cuz i dont like em so close to the element.

That's why I have been putting sticks and sausages onto the racks now. Its easier to rotate and move them around if need be.

I have a teriyaki jerky recipe that I use on whole muscle and I've ben trying to convert to a ground meat, cups per lb and haven't quite got it nailed yet, getting close though

No not yet  :-\  Its cold out and i had to bump the PID to 170*
Stick IT is 132* right now
