 A Friend found this copycat recipe I tried it on some burgers on the grill. It is pretty close to the original and tastes PDG. Thought I would share.
Makes 1/3 cup

Ingredients

    * 3 tablespoons salt
    * 1 tablespoon instant tomato soup mix (Knorr tomato with basil works nicely)
    * 2 teaspoons chili powder
    * 1/4 teaspoon cumin
    * 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions

  1      Combine the ingredients in a small bowl and stir well.
  2      Store in a covered container.

Instant tomato soup mix in a hamberger mix. Sounds nice.

Thanks.

I am not as "think" as you "drunk" I am.

Hey, cool...   I haven't eaten at a Red Robin in 15 years.   I bought a whole tub of spice from the last one we ate at.  Lasted a long time.

Thanks for sharing!

This is more of a rub or a seasoning that you sprinkle on the burger before and during cooking.

It's like their own version of a seasoned salt..

Good on french fries, burgers, etc.

Sounds tasty, aint never ate at Red Robin but I do love the seasoned salt the Out Back Steak House uses.

They seasoned their french fries with this stuff...   They were awesome.

Well, all I can find around here is the Lipton 'cup o' soup' tomato mix...  So I'll give that a shot.

I see most of the Knorr stuff, but just not the Tomato.
