Jerky For Monday

I have 12lbs of London Broil cut up and getting a Reveo bath for a jerky smoke on monday. My neighbor brought this over and said do it all please  ;D

Going to show you a secret ingredient  ;D This is on the secret receipt  :D  ;D. The only place i have found this soy is in Dover, Delaware.



My secret receipt marinade  :D  ;D




Doing a 20 min Reveo, have to do this in 3 batches, then overnite in a ziplock ready for tomorrow.

That london Broil must be a reagonal thing, havent had any luck in this area, starting to look like jerky now.

Is that mega smoker seasoned and fine tuned yet ? It's gota be getting close.

I made 2 of em. got em cleaned, smoked, oiled, smoked, oiled  ;D I should have put the support bars on the underside of the expanded, Oh well  :D

Might be a dumb question, can you flip them over so the support bars are on the underside?

Yeah i can put that puts the angle iron sides upside down. I guess no biggie. kinda gives the rack a lip edge.
