You know being underemployed sometimes has it's advantages.  You can cook for your self and not worry about anybody else's sensibilities!   This was breakfast this morning - a "day-off" morning.  Don't ask me what it is called - we'll call it "figment" - let's just say it was begging to be made!  Ground venison, homemade smoked sausage, mole verde, Picante, green chilies, eggs, cheese - oh and japs and flour tortillas!
