Heard about this a few months ago so I thought I would try it for our birthday work lunch today. Smoked all night while I dreamed about beer and butts :)
Injected with beer, onion powder & garlic powder, Mesquite Rub & Sweet Rub. The wife took if off and pulled it before I could get a picture. OMG I think it's my new favorite, I will start trying different beer now, good excuse for some new microbrews :)
The second pic is my wife about to wrap my "butt" joking head in foil!

Bob, The pork looks mighty juicy.

Beer and Butts, nothing wrong with that kinda dream.

Is it your Birthday?

MAK DADDY

It was very juicy and I didn't even add apple juice when foiling like I usually do because I forgot to pick some up at the store.

My B-Day is the 23rd, we have two other employees with birthday's this month as well. So we have a lunch on the months anyone has b-days at the shop which is just about every month now.
Since we started making grills we just claim that things need more testing :)
Here is a pic of some units finishing up.

That would be a cap and you don't want to do that.

MAK DADDY

website looks nice! I think a lot of the cost was travel time for a crew from a few states away.
