Monday Night Pork Butts

They went in yesterday afternoon.

162F @0700 . They should be done by this afternoon - into FTC for the hour drive to the stadium.

Now we travel with two coolers. The hot one and the cold one. LOL.

Your buddies must LOVE to see you pulling up on the parking lot 'cause they know you're bringing something good to eat. I hope they're supplying you with beer for all of the food you bring them.
