Yeah but just dont say BEEF JERKY on the packaging or you will have the USDA on yer A$$ without the USDA stamp. I found out almost the hard way.

Label it like Hickory smoked CRG Jerky ;D

Yep with a template to get the rails spaced correctly. I'm waiting for Scott to install the one I gave him the other day to make sure he doesn't have any problems.

I will be trying them as soon as I get out of Chicago....one more day to go. I think maybe I should take Friday off as a modification to my OBS day ;D We could make it a national holiday.
