Smoked Meatloaf

My wife made a meatloaf in the oven. I said hey smoke it  ;D She said cut off a hunk and smoke it for you, So ok.

Here is my hunk with County Bobs spicyhot. I smoke it for 1 hr with apple.

This kinda reminds me of when I put the white Corning ware pan in the smoker, full of ice, to keep the temp down for my first smoked cheese.  It came out darker than the cheese and I caught it for that one.

Foil pans rule!

I got it made.  My wife washes and cleans up.  She says it is less of a mess if she does it.  I only clean when it is time to put the drill with wire wheel attached to it.

Looks good nepas, CB sauce on meatloaf does sound good.

Country Bobs is pretty decent for being so cheap. When we go to Florida i can get it for Ȼ73 a bottle so i buy a whole case of each. I'm getting close to being out so next week i will get more.
