Well, if I were motivated (I'm not at the moment) I'd just connect thru a TOR gateway until I got a server in the USA. That will work. Have done it before.

When my youngest son and I go to WallyWorld we stay in contact by cell phone. Sometimes when he calls me I will talk to him in an imitation Chinese/Japanese
voice. I will start getting louder and start waving my hands and you should see people stare and move out of the way. Just my sic humor.
