I'm Definately Keeping HER!!

CRG may be selling his WIFE, but I plan on KEEPING MINE!!!

Momma went to visit her sister over the weekend while I satyed home and worked. Because she is a FOOL and say's SHE LOVES ME. She brought me back 8.29lbs of Wisconsin Cheese. There is Munster, Swiss, Provolone, Mild Cheddar, Farmers Cheese, Garlic Monterey Jack (MJ), Hot Pepper MJ, Salsa MJ, Horseradish MJ and Mozzarella Cheese. Not pictured is the String Cheese. Not to mention four different flavors of Cheese Curds that are not included in the weight.



She also bought this Mozzarella, Prosciutto, and Basil roll cheese. After tasting this I walked over and gave her a big ol Kiss. This stuff is absolutely AWESOME!!!! I had to tell her to take it away before I ate the whole thing, as it was I polished off half of it.

Don't know 10.5 - look a little closer at that Prosciutto thingie.  Look closely at the middle part of the roll - I see some discoloration.  She may be gunnin' for you!  You better send that thing to me for taste testing!  And since it was probably either bought at the same place and probably was in the same sack - you better send the rest of them packages also - cross-contamination ya know.  Beside I care for you and your health - don't want to see you get all stopped up and all with all that cheese!  I'm willing to take one for ya'!

Glad to see I'm not the only guy on here who is definitely keeping his wife.  The mozz, prosciutto and basil roll can readily be found where I live.  Sometimes we take a crusty french bread baguette, slice thin and  then place a thin slice of the cheese roll on top and under the broiler for a few minutes.  It is really good.

Nice looking cheese Chris, great variety and yeah, looks like you have a keeper.  I've had the rolled cheese before and it was great.  They sell cheese like that that you can unroll, layer it with whatever and roll it back up again.

The last time my wife was out she brought home a pocketbook and some shoes - for her.  Maybe CRG and I can get together and do a BOGO.  ;D
