I cook like I make love. ;D
Is that the left hand or the right?

You been peeking in my window or was that a guess?
You do know I have some long lenses and aren't afraid to use them!

When using the 2 top racks for butts, sometimes I do nothing. It's all good.

Exactly the same. No flip flop, or rotate. My reason is one end will come out at like well done which my wife likes better then medium which I like. If I rotate it, it's the same all over. If it wind up well done all over I suffer and don't enjoy it and vice-versa the other way.

When doing brisket or butt I dont flip or rotate when only doing 2 or 3 racks.

When I have 4 to 6 racks in there then I will rotate and move top to bottom.

I dont flip anything.
