pretty much. Store bought-wise we are on Stubbs right now. But my go-to is always Vaunted Vinegar

I've got my Hill Country sauce I go to, but I'm in the mood for some experimenting - gonna try something with a Tabasco base (only way I have found to get aged peppers), chipotle, probably lime, some tequila and other good things as I think of them.  I want something with a definite kick, mysterious undertones, but a long lingering aftertaste.
