Just got my Bradley smoker and seasoned it saturday. Brined a turkey breast and dry rubbed some ribs. Waitinf for the rain to pass and start my first smoke :)

Hi Brad, Welcome to the fun.

Myself and some of others operate ours Bradleys in the garage.

Hi Joe,

Is that safe?

Brad,

Yep, No actual hazard other than the smoke.

I fill the garage with smoke often. Lately I've been opening the garage (vehicle) door about a foot.
Haven't got around to putting in an exhaust fan.

The safeness of inside the garage is a debatable topic.  Personally I wouldn't but I'm on the extreme end and don't like to even do an unattended overnight smoke.  Maybe WTS will be around today and he can voice in his opinion.  While rare fires do happen.

DJSaneR - I didn't realize you were from CT too.  There are quite a few of us for a tiny little state.
