How deeeeeeeee

Does any one here have any expeirence with the Nesco 150 W slicer?
Costco here in the great white north carries it for $124 beaver bucks
Description says German made, not offshore
I checked online reviews and I cant find any negative ones

I am thinking this could be better than a Rival or Waring Pro which
are the brands we see around here.  Most of them are 120 120 watt., little less power but the same money
All I wanted to do was slow smoke some ribs.  Another addiction created thanks to the Bradley that requires regular servicing...  But what an addiction to have.  Even better to share here with some of the best people on the planet.

Would you like smoke with that sir ?

I have one.   It's "ok".  Nothing spectacular.   I have a hard time cutting deli style meats real thin, though.  It tends to get underpowered and shred them.

Works great for turkey, but not so hot for beef roasts.     And it's kinda light - you'll want to put a non-skid pad underneath it, or it'll scoot all over your countertop.

[EDIT]

Here was it in action.  As you can see, I couldn't get the roast slices very thin.
