That's going to be some fine jerky FLBR. Was at my brothers yesterday to pick up his juicer and he was making some jerky. We got a real good deal(for up here) on eye of rounds at $2 a pound, so I bought 4. I called him from the store to tell him they had about 10 left and I think he went to buy them all. He makes awesome jerky like you. Of course my last batch was a flop, note to self "don't fall a sleep on the couch when making jerky".

Can't wait to see the finished product. Black Angus beef jerky.

I was going to put it in the dehydrator this morning, but it didn't happen.

Probably get to it this afternoon or tomorrow morning.

I have, but it's kind of a pain to move the jerky from the fridge to the bradley to the dehydrator. I end up knocking off a lot of the pepper handling it so much.

You've gotta take them pictures off, everytime I read this section I have to break out my jerky. I'm running on empty in the jerky dept now, (and getting fat). Good looking stuff!
