A couple picts of the bounty.

This is a Mac's buck and a doe.

This is the quarters off my deer.

Very nice OU that helps to fill the freezer. My uncle just gave me 5 pounds of ground Buffalo and a Buf shoulder roast. I thinking of trying some ground buffalo jerky ala the freeze and slice method.
I like to walk threw life on the path of least resistance. But sometimes the path needs a good kick in the ass.

OBS
BBQ
One Big Easy, plus one in a box.

OU, A young boy that worked for me and went to school for game management now works for a ranch in south texas.

He called last nite and said his dad was coming up to hunt and wondered if i could run a cpl cooler over to his father before he left this morning.

He said i want to sent you an axis deer, black buck and a whitetail doe.

I was there before his dad got to work.

I feel like freepas.

3 deer and no shots fired. ;D

Hey all I got my head back today, I have a friend that does this in his spare time. I think hes getting the hang of it.

classicrockgriller

Now you got a place to hang your hat.

I like european mounts, esp the price.

But the way, I got three front shoulders, three hindquarters of whitetail

and two big bags of boneless Axis. Sweet!

OU812

Sweet, nice score, FreeCRG.  ;D

You must have a bunch of three legged deer running around there.

I havent had Axis before is it like Deer or more like Elk or am I even close?
