slicer "INTEDGE" mod: UL8 made in italy

Could someone let me know if they have seen this anywhere. any info would help

I just bought a Slicer Model# INTEDGE UL8 made in italy .
I have been trying to find some info on it with no luck >:(

I need to buy the sharpener part for it

Not familiar with it - but it's a darn nice looking unit...
If you don't find what you're looking for, you can turn it on and hold a wet stone to it.
(clean well before use)

Now it is 1am ,can't sleep, have to go in monday and have my Gall Bladder removed.
I am told I have to cut down on fatty foods

mrdennisg, get that baby yanked out and don't look back. May not be the perfect thing, but it is certainly better getting a stone lodged in one of the ducts and then you get to meet that fun guy pancreatitis. Hopefully you won't have the sensitivity to fats. Of the 4 in my family who have had the procedure, my youngest sister has to be aware of where the restrooms are after a big steak. I get to enjoy brisket freguently with only the occasional rush to the throne. The worst thing about the surgery was the waking up (can I say discombobulated?) and the lint collection in the navel - one the incisions was in there and couldn't wash it for a few days! Best wishes for a safe surgery and a speedy recovery.

Agree with you on the year. Underemployed for quite some time now, and we will here today that they will shut down the building she works which mean she loses her job. This Change is so much fun!

mrdennisg, the most important thing right now is to get that gall bladder removed and recover.

I did not see this post till today. Hope the surgery went well. I had mine ripped out a couple years ago and boy am I glad I did. No more getting sick after eating something fatty, no more severe pains in the middle of the night. I also had no side affects after the surgery. Hope yours worked out as well.

Says UL8 on subject here - and UL12 on Ebay..
Which is it?

Looks like .25HP on the plate pic - not 1/3HP (??)

Please advise...

Thanks for catching that had to go to hospital and had friend do it for me I gave him the info for our big one from the deli hope I fixed it this time..........
