I would like to say "I hate when that happens!!" But I have never had that problem FREEPAS!!
Bacon is the Crack Cocaine of the Food World.

Be careful about calling yourself and EXPERT! An ex is a has-been, and a spurt is a drip under pressure!

NePaS,
Don't worry about it.  By tomorrow someone will probably come along with all new cabinetry for you, free of course. :D

Hey, you know that Scott's BBQ sauce you posted from your latest pilgremage?  I just bought 2 bottles in Nashville.  Just how hot is that stuff?  Found some really interesting salmon/seafood glaze too.

The main Kitchen for Houston School Dist built a new center for Food Services and I did 100,000 sq ft of flooring and now I cry at all the stuff I remember that was thrown away in dumpsters as they got ALL new equipment.

Yeah my neighbor does the same. He works for a school dist. The kitchen got new equip and threw things away, sinks, SS counters, 6' proofing/warming racks with doors. He asked to have it but the powers that be said no, in the dumpster.

There is 1 proofer left in the warehouse, its mine as soon as his boss says yeah get it gone.

Actually CRG Home Depot (at least in canada) sell those same racks. My bro has 2 of them.
I like to walk threw life on the path of least resistance. But sometimes the path needs a good kick in the ass.
