Indian Fry Bread

On my way to deer camp I come close to the alabama/chousatta indian reservation.

Someone selling brisket in indian fry bread .... I'm game. I had had this as a desert bread before, never as a sandwich.

These pic are taken with my cell phone .... sorry for the quality.



Well the brisket was terrible. Stringy, tough, no taste. But the fry bread has a spot on the forum for Us.



I pulled over and threw away the brisket and inserted some of my pulled pork and a new dance got started.

LMAO you rock CRG now that's smoked food on the fly. Maybe you should stop on the way back and show those folks how the Bradley works. LOL

The Brisket was the cruds. But for $4 to taste the fry bread it was worth it.
