Sounds like Pens did a bangup job!! I think it would be safe to say the Bradley FAMILY Support System has helped another MEMBER!! It is going to be a Merry Christmas this year!! Come Hell or High Water

Quick question, what are the cheese curds for? Do you use them to make more cheese? I never seen a package like that before. BTW I loved seeing all the different great gifts!

Pen,

You eat the cheese curds like little cheesy bites.

If you can't smoke it.....you don't need it!!!

Pens,

The curds are what the cheese is before it is pressed into a round or a block.  I have never had them but I imagine they are mild since they wouldn't be aged either.

Curds are the best when we get them right at the cheese factory when they are being made.  They do actually "squeek" when you chew them.   The fresher they are the more the squeek.
Being from and in Wisconsin, I couldn't think of a more fitting gift to send.

Oh man I love fresh curds. We do not get fresh curds on the West Coast of British Columbia. Last time I had fresh curds was in Oregon September 2008, Tilikum cheese factory was awesome with some great curds. As a kid in growing up in Ontario curds were a staple, if they didn,t squeek when you bit into them you returned them. Living next to a cheese factory as a kid was a dream come true.
