Baby Back rib bread

Ron!  Come on, are you kidding me?  What a great recipe.  I'm thinking baking it in the MAK with Bear Mountain pellets would give it some smoke in the bread.

I am SO trying your recipe on rib bread.

After reading his recipe I realized he is using the quick (instant) yeast, because he's only proofing twice. If he used the active (which I personally like) he probably would have proofed three times and rolled out after the second proof. then added the fillings.

Looks great Ron.  I was just about done reading your initial post when "smoked pepper jack" hit me.  After further reading I saw there are several great minds thinking alike  ;D

I will try this as soon as I have some leftovers.
