I was wondering if anyone has a the recipe for the glaze that is used in this link. http://www.susanminor.org/forums/showthread.php?t=53

Thanks in advance for the help.

I didn't see any mention of a glaze in the recipe but I could be wrong. Olds pops in every now and then he should be able to answer your question. But looking at the pictures I would guess that the glazing effect would be from the sugars in the cherries and the pineapple.

I would like to see it and I would still like to find the recipe for the other glaze. Just looks to good to give up on it.

I'm with Chris in that it looks like the juice from the cheeries, pineapple and ham juice all meshed together.

Wifie does one like that once a year and the cheeries and pineapple get fought over.

Brown Sugar Glaze

1 cup Packed Brown Sugar
1/2 tsp Dry Mustard
1 tbs Vinegar

Mix together ingredients. 30 Minutes before ham is done, pour off drippings.
Score surface in crisscross fashion - brush glaze and continue baking.
Yield: 3/4 Cup for Use on Baked Ham

Thanks for the info! Looks like I'll have to give it a try.
