Sticks look good.

Do what you want to do. I've seen them is operation.

Pros: Very easy to load, easy to clean, very light. You'll be stuffing out of the house in good weather (because of reasons below) It's a great stuffer for the price if you only make stuff once or twice a year.
Cons: Wife gets pissed off with hoses in her kitchen, they leak water after a couple of uses, hoses can leak, gaskets must be changed on a regular basis, did I mention wife gets pissed off about wet floor, you need to adapt your faucet or run hoses from outside. Plastic failures at hose connections.
Ask me how I know.

Save up like I did and get the electric. For the amount of stuffing you do you really need one. I personally think you're not going to be happy with it.  I used mine 3 times and gave it away and bought my 5 lb. and used that for 8 years. My friend used the Dakota 2 times and the end of the hose fitting cracked, he had water all over the ceiling. He was pee-ode at me for a year because it cost him some cash to fix the ceiling.

I had one of the water stuffers a few years ago, same problems. They said that they have fixed those issues now. I do want the electric stuffer though  ;D with the new 6 rack the electric stuffer might be on the back burner for awhile.

I called my friend up to see if he still had the stuffer. He tossed it in the trash after he replaced the broken part. He said the same thing happened. Figure I'd try and get it back and send to you. Oh, well things are meant to be and maybe I saved you from wet kitchen.
