Hi NePaS,

I know you posted a few soy based jerky recipes in the past and I cant seem to find them in a search.   Can you repost some of your more famous recipes?

Thanks!

Why?

Rushing to get it done and had the mix just a tad too wet.

For 1lb of GM. Double the soy if your doing strips. If your doing more than 1 lb adjust to your taste.  You can add whatever you like to it also.

1/2 cup soy
1 T brown sugar
1 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp cure #1

I am going to use eye round for this recipe.  Should I let the strips dry before smoking them? Any smoke recommendations?

I have those recipes on pdf somewhere, gotta find em.

Really don't need to let them dry, more a thing of personal preference.

Hickory is always good, alder and pecan too.

Came out better than i was expecting. Next cut and paper bag it.

Nepa, if you have any asian markets check for a soy sauce called "Silver Swan". It does make a diff.

Man that looks great....can you provide a similar recipe using MTQ?
