Mr B

Hey guys and gals.  I live up in Northern California.  I have been smokin meats for about 18 years now.  Started w/ Salmon and Steelhead and moved on to the "other" meats.
I have done all my smoking in a round "can" style electric smoker with great results.
I am looking for something w/ a larger capacity, front loading, and electric to control low temp smoking (175-200).
Many searches have led me to the Bradley product.  I have not purchased yet, nor have I read anything on these forums yet, but I,m sure they will be very helpfull in making my decision.
Look forward to reading some good input.

Thanks
Brent

Welcome to the forum Brent.  So far, I've only smoked the "other" meats.  I really want to try wild-caught salmon if I can ever find it at a decent price here in the Northeast.

Where there's smoke, there's food.
