No, I left it all there.  :D   I'm going to order it by the 1/2 gallon jug from now on..
I did pick up a nice Virginia Ham yesterday...   It's going home via UPS as well.

We're taking as little as possible on these planes tomorrow.

KyNola

Thought about it.  It's awful 'runny' - is that normal?

If I see one today, I'll grab it.   I have room in my pretty pink cooler now that we've eaten all but one pound of the smoked chuck.

We just packed a HUGE box to ship ahead.  The only thing I'm carrying on that airplane is my laptop, car keys, cell phone and a book.

STC,
It is as thin as water.  It essentially vinegar, peppers and spices.  I marinaded ribs in it overnight and the next day the ribs were the same color as when I put them in the marinade but you sure knew the Scotts was there when you ate those ribs.

NePaS is the guy who turned me on to the Scott's.

Ok, in true 'Bradley Forum' fashion, I went back and bought all they had.  :D

Why oh why do they have to use heavy glass bottles for this stuff...

KyNola, if you and Jan get a good CT clone going, we'll have to team up with Hal to bottle/market it.

Larry, Darryl and Darryl's so far Western Carolina it's actually Kentucky BBQ sauce

Nepas, I saw another 'Carolina BBQ Sauce' yesterday at the "Ye Olde Ham Shoppe" (or whatever it was).  I didn't get a chance to grab a pic as I was doing the paperwork to have a VA ham shipped home, but they billed themselves as "The REAL Carolina Treat!".   Obviously a shot at the CT camp.

It was a Vinegar & Mustard based sauce.  For the life of me, I can't remember the name.

I do recall that it was somewhat expensive.
