What puck 4 pork sausage?What it the smoking method 4 doing this aswell? as in what temp 2 do it at!Thanks

Mesquite-Very strong
Hickory-strong
Oak-strong but not overpowering
Pecan-mild version of Oak
Maple-Mild
Cherry-Mild & fruity
Apple-Mild, fruity with a slight sweetness
Alder-Light with a hint of sweetness

What ever taste you like.
