Squirt gave me a WHOLE butt from his last smoke...

Oh no no no CRG.

That's not a pressed butt sammie.  Hal just went Paducah Kentucky old school Starne's BBQ (complete with their sauce) BBQ pork sandwich.  Place has been in business here for as long as I can remember and I'm 57 years old.  They have done their sandwich that way for as long as I can remember.  You go in, sit down at the counter, order your drink(all soft drinks) and whatever bag of chips you want and how many sandwiches you want.  The sandwiches come out wrapped in wax paper.  Don't ask for a plate and certainly don't ask for a knife or fork.

Way to go Hal!

Heck FL, I made some pressed Cuban sandwiches for ya...
Baked the bread, marinated/roasted the pork loin, and the whole nine yards...   ::)

KY - that's exactly why I bought a commercial sandwich press...
I lived a few blocks from Starne's and grew up on that stuff!

(and it's handy for pressed cubanos!)

CRG - It goes to 500 (maybe 550)
I always set it around 300
