Oh yes, the wonderful world of the Bradley smoker certainly drives some interesting comments from people:

Date line New Years Eve:
Neighbours going out for New Years dinner.  Standing in driveway loading the car.  Sniff, sniff.  Wife says to husband...  what is that smell.  Reply:  he's smoking again, cant quite tell what.  2 year old son to father...  Oh smell that?  That smells good.  What is he smoking this time.  Husband to wife...  Can't wait till he goes back to work, everyday the backyard smells like heaven and hungry.  Wife to husband:  Why are we going out for dinner?  Could we not just bang on the door and ask if they will feed us?  All this heard 3 rd party from the wife and the wives stood chatting in the driveways.

Date line Sunday night:
Ribs from last load of pork belly are in smoker.  6 hours.  1 40 of smoke, 3 hours at 210 F, boat in AJ.  Serve with oven roaster taters, corn cut off the cob from last summer.  Comments at dinner table:

Oh my god.  This is orgasmic !!!!.  Oh my god !!!!.  This is the best ever !!!!.  Oh my god, is that all there is?  I have been replaced by belly ribs....  LOL

Dateline:  Christmas and New Years week:  Best friend ( 86 year old golf buddy ) has moved back into the house.  Bacon has been smoked and sliced, pastrami smoked and sliced, corned beef smoked and sliced, bacon wrapped chicken has been devoured.  Asses are getting wider by the day.  Kenny says:  I don't know if I can ever eat anywhere else !  I am spoiled and have been spoiled since I got here.  Nothing meets his culinary expectations anymore unless I made it.   LOL

What till this weekend and the pork leg goes in the DBS and the neighborhood smells like a gourmet restaurant.  LOL  I think I might sell left over pork sandwhiches from my front porch on Sunday !
All I wanted to do was slow smoke some ribs.  Another addiction created thanks to the Bradley that requires regular servicing...  But what an addiction to have.  Even better to share here with some of the best people on the planet.

Would you like smoke with that sir ?
