Does anyone know if this has cure in it? Read the box and paper with it and says nothing about the ingredients!I would like 2 smoke it and already have it stuffed! Thanks

If its for fresh sausage it will not have cure.

Man i dont  see FRESH anywhere on the box! What should i do? Just freeze it and not smoke it? Thanks

Ok

No cure because its for patties or breakfast links. Called fresh because its cooked within 1-3 days or double wrapped and frozen. You could add smoke but you would have to add cure #1. Cure 1 is 1 level tsp per 5 lbs of meat. When i do like 1lb at a time i use 1/8tsp cure.
