"Yankee Land"... That's funny...

Way back, when I was SOUTH of here, studying engineering (SIU-Carbondale)...
My momma used to call me and say, "Son, I just worry so much about you... you know.. being up there around all those YANKEES"...

I told her it was ok...
"Mom, I'm at SIU...  In Carbondale...  Ain't no yankees here; everyone here is Japanese..."

Didn't say you were Yankee, you are far from it.

I'm just saying if you make that dish up there in Yankee land,

It will be a treat that no one will forget!

I've got Acrobat 'consuming' this site now...   It's gonna take a while!

It looks like this.  Every recipe will be in a bookmark down the left side.

Thanks much
This will make for some interesting reading and even better eating
All I wanted to do was slow smoke some ribs.  Another addiction created thanks to the Bradley that requires regular servicing...  But what an addiction to have.  Even better to share here with some of the best people on the planet.

Would you like smoke with that sir ?

Well..
I've got this in a nice organized/searchable PDF, but it is every bit of 14 meg.  :(   Far too big to email.

I've tried all of my PDF VooDoo tricks on it, but it is still huge.

I'll drop it into my Google Docs account, and see if I can share it from there.   They might scream, though.

Ok, I've got this PDF stashed in a place so anyone can access it.

PM me for the direct URL.

Cheers,

I'm all over it...

OH YEAH, BABE...

Cheese and Shrimp Dip
1 pt Raw / Peeled / Chopped Shrimp
2 lrg Seeded & Diced Jalapeno Peppers
2 cups Diced large Green Pepper
2 cups Diced large Onion
2 cups Chopped Celery
1/2 tsp Liquid Crab Boil
1 tsp Garlic Powder
2 Cans Cheddar Cheese Soup
*** Sauté green pepper, onion, celery, and jalapeno pepper in 2-3 tbs vegetable oil until tender. Add cheese soup and stir to the above. Add chopped shrimp, liquid crab boil and garlic powder. Cook until shrimp are done, 10-12 minutes on low heat, stir fairly often or cheese will burn. A butter / flour roux will be needed to thicken enough to stay on a cracker when dipped. Can be served hot or cold and even makes a good sandwich.

That does sound good, but I would split it in 1/2 and make 2 batches - one with and one without Jalas.

Some people are like Slinkies... They're really good for nothing.
...But they still bring a smile to your face when you push them down the stairs.

STC, that is a large but nice pdf!

thanks.

I used every trick I had in my bag-o-software-tools to liposuction it, but that is about as small as it gets.

And Thanks for posting that link!

Not to give you more Homework, but can you do that to the link Mr Walleye posted on his 1400 recipes?
