Son passed thru my town coming from a little job in the next town after me.

Ask if I had anything in the freezer he could take Home!

Sure help yourself.

Well he did!

All that was left in the freezer was some Canadian Bacon, Pulled Pork, and Smoked Ham!

Smoked Turkey's ... Gone!

Smoked/Grilled Chicken Thighs ... Gone!

Grilled T-Bone Steaks ... Gone!

Grilled Rib Eyes ... Gone!

BE Roasted Chickens ... Gone!

Smoked Sausage ... Gone!

Smoked Boudain ... Gone!

Smoked Roast Beef, Smoked Pork Loin, Rest of my Shrimp (Damn), and Smoked/Grilled Pork Chops ...Gone!

5lb's of sliced Bacon, Gone too.

Those two coolers were heavy when I helped Him take them to his Truck!

You think I am Mad?  Hell no!

Now I get to smoke more meat!

He also took what was left of the ribs out of the refrigerator!

And 1lb of jerky!

He did good!

Caribou

I do something like that when my folks visit, in reverse.
They have a freezer in their RV and a portable Norcold freezer and I load them up on beef.
I got freezer overload really bad right now and I have two freezers, too.  :D
I think I have that hoarding disorder but it's with meat.

CRG,
Not the shrimp!!!

I've got 10 pounds of some bigass shrimp straight out of the Gulf on the way up to me.  Can't wait.

I just have one question.
You grill steaks and then freeze them?

Not on a reg bases!

If I grill, you know me it usually quite a few!

I will usually save one or two out for Son and Daughter.

A reheated Steak is better than NO steak!

They reheat the vac pack bag in warm water, no microwave.

CRG, the meat angel
I would call the cops though   ::)
I think you got robbed    LOL
All I wanted to do was slow smoke some ribs.  Another addiction created thanks to the Bradley that requires regular servicing...  But what an addiction to have.  Even better to share here with some of the best people on the planet.

Would you like smoke with that sir ?
