I tried converting it to a PDF, but it didn't come out so well. (chopped some of the pages off, etc.)

Let me try to import it into my Google Docs account.

[edit]

Well, that didn't work either.  It's too big.   And since it is protected, I can't do much else with it..   >:(

Canuck, I can send you the PDF I created if you like, but it looks pretty awful.

No worries STC, I appreciate the time and effort!! :D
If I need to I'll print off what I would like at work.

Cheers,

I checked with Charlie (Cranky Buzzard) and the only page protected is the cover page. I let him know that I might create a new cover page and share it. And he will still get the credit because he did want to keep his name attached to it. He seemed like a real neat guy and asked a few good questions.

Good find 10.5 Thanks for posting it.
The only problem I had with it was trying to open the BBQ Safety file. It comes up as "Invalid Format" on windows 7. Is that just my computer or does anyone else have this happening?

Tenpoint5

Iceman it opened just fine for me but I am using Vista and M/S Office 07

I'm getting the same message. I'm using XP with Office 2003. What program are you opening the file with?
