In Love with my New Stuffer

Stuff, stuff, stuff your casings
Gently on the counter
Merrily, merrily, merrily, I love my new vertical stuffer

I am a poet and dont even know it

I tried my new stuffer out yesterday
10 pound of garlic sausage
9 pounds bratwurst
4 pound of snack stix
Less than an hour total for all product

Amazing is all I can say
I did this all by myself, one blow out was all
No beaten body, super easy clean up
Can wait till my casing order comes in !

I am in love with a stuffer ....  LOL
Might get it some breakfast sausage for Valentines Day     :o

Mine is a Power Fist, sold by Princess Auto in Canada.  Dont ask  LOL    I think its like a LEM but way less expensive
5 pound capacity, wish I had 10
It does not leave enough meat in the bottom to even justify a patty, couple of small meatballs maybe
I can easily crank with one hand and fill casings with the other
