2nd Smoke, first pork shoulder!

Hi folks-

I completed my 2nd smoke on my OBS yesterday... and we had a happy crowd!  2 shoulders, nothing too fancy. Went well, other than I think i pulled one out too early. I blogged about it here a bit... check it out!

I am thinking critique is not needed with that comment

The write-up is great - but you might wanna change the text: "Basic Theme" to "Duncan's Tight Ship" or whatever..  ;)
