Who is making the racks etc...

Sorry I should know this but I don't. I know that the stuff can be purchased from Chez, but I don't know who is making them.

I would like a couple pictures of them to include in the Accessory section of the Recipe page.

I just tried to order some of the sausage racks from Chez and was told that Smoke House Rob is having some kind of trouble and is not suppling them or drying racks at the moment She said she would put my name on the list so when he did or if he started making them again, she would notify me     Cajun
